Central Training's Mental Health at Work for Managers & HR Staff course is designed to equip delegates with the tools and knowledge to effectively support colleagues experiencing stress and mental health issues at work.

The trainer will cover the signs and symptoms of mental health problems, explore a range of reasonable adjustments to support someone with a mental health condition, and discuss the impact of unmanaged stress.

Delegates will have the opportunity to reflect on managerial and HR roles in building positive and supportive cultures, as well as strategies and positive conversations to promote and enhance well-being in the workplace.
