Resilience for Managers

Course Overview



Central Training's Resilience for Managers course aims to equip managers facing high stress situations with the skills to build their resilience in order to best support themselves and their teams. Throughout the day, candidates will have the opportunity to reflect on their approach to management and understand the importance of identifying the signs and impact of stress in the workplace. The trainer will then support candidates to explore healthy strategies and skills to develop resilience both inside and outside of work.

Learning Outcomes



The course aims to equip delegates with the skills to:
  • Recognise & manage stress responses at work
  • Understand the importance of emotional regulation
  • Understand the importance of managing their own resilience when managing teams
  • Build healthy strategies & skills for resilience building in and out of work
