Resilience for Managers

Course Overview



Central Training's Resilience for Managers course is designed to equip delegates with the tools to develop resilience in their roles as managers. Delegates will have the opportunity to; reflect on their current approach to management, understand the importance of identifying stress, and will look at how resilience can support them as individuals and the staff they manage. The trainer will explore a variety of strategies and will support delegates to consider different skills for building life-long resilience.

The course aims to equip delegates with the skills to:

  • Understand the importance of emotional regulation
  • Understand the importance of managing their own resilience when managing teams
