Mental Health, Wellbeing and Self-Care at Work: A Practical Workshop for Staff

Course Overview This half-day workshop provides an overview of mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. It aims to provide delegates with simple and practical strategies to recognise and manage stress at work as well as ways to foster self-care and good mental health.
Learning Outcomes By this end of this half day workshop, you should feel more confident to: Recognise signs of stress and poor mental health Identify some common causes of stress and poor mental health Describe some simple self-care strategies for managing stress and maintaining good mental healthMethods of Delivery The training is delivered in a manner designed to both engage and inform delegates using a range of different learning methods including information sharing, discussion, practical exercises, case studies, PowerPoint presentation, and course materials.
