Course Overview Central Training's LGBTQI+ course is an interactive day that aims to raise awareness of issues faced by lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and queer + people. The candidates will have the opportunity to learn more about LGBTQI+ history and discuss how they can promote inclusivity and understanding in the workplace. The trainer and the group will finally focus on creating a zero tolerance environment to reduce the likelihood of exclusion or discrimination, whilst also looking at the journey through UK law to get to this point.
