Managing Grievances & Disciplinaries
Course Overview Central Training's Managing Grievances & Disciplinaries course has been designed to promote the confidence and skills required in the variety of roles that managers have within a grievance or disciplinary. The training focuses on the skills required to assess the impact on a complainant, alleged perpetrator, or the rest of the team, and provide support. The candidates will have the opportunity to discuss and understand the responsibilities that managers hold within the context of the law, their organisational policy and best practice guidelines. It is a highly practical day with opportunities to discuss, practice and learn tools, skills and techniques within a safe, supportive and enjoyable environment.

Methods of Delivery The course uses an interactive learning approach that ensures participants are kept fully involved throughout, with their background, experience and knowledge being central to the day.
