 Course Overview
  Central Training's Managing & Motivating High-Performing Teams course focuses on the practical skills that can help staff become more motivated and improve morale and productivity. The trainer will cover what a team is and the different theories of motivation, especially person-centred and humanistic. Change and resistance to change are featured alongside the importance of regular supervision. Candidates will explore not only how to help people become more motivated but also how to help teams and individuals deal with the cumulative effects of stress, which, if not addressed, can lead to demotivation and burnout. The day finishes with an exploration on how to utilise a management style that will foster motivation and self-reflection.
