Course Overview


Central Training's LGBTQI+ Awareness course is designed to equip delegates with the skills and knowledge necessary to understand issues faced by lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and queer+ people. The trainer will cover challenges faced by transgender clients, provide a deeper understanding of gender, and discuss common safeguarding issues. Delegates will have the opportunity to reflect on challenges faced by transgender clients, as well as explore risk and safeguarding for the community.
