 Course Overview
  Central Training's Young People's Mental Health course aims to equip delegates with the skills and strategies to promote and provide effective support to young people who are suffering from emotional distress and mental health difficulties. The trainer will cover the changes that are present in the transition from childhood to adulthood, some of the current issues affecting young people, and how to recognise and support the early signs of mental distress. The delegates will have the opportunity to understand and explore the impact of mental illnesses and how to support young people in crisis and promote well-being and resilience.
