Course Overview Central Training's Complex Needs, Dual Diagnosis & Personality Disorders course is designed to equip delegates with the tools and knowledge to better understand and support individuals with complex behaviours in adult social care. Delegates will have the opportunity to examine the underlying causes of complex behaviours including the impact of; mental health disorders, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), trauma and addiction. Focusing on mental health and taking a trauma-informed approach, the trainer will introduce practical skills and strategies for addressing complex behaviours or crisis situations.
