Course Overview
Central Training's Sexual Harassment in the Workplace course aims to equip managers with the skills, knowledge and legal understanding necessary to prevent and respond to sexual harassment in the workplace. Focussing on the Worker Protection (Amendment) Act 2023, the trainer will highlight the increased responsibilities of managers to address harassment, ensure a safe working environment, and support employees who may be victims of harassment.
