The trainer will focus on the 10 Principles of CBT, the Automatic Negative Thoughts and their impact and the ABC Model of Cognitive Behavioural Theory. Throughout this interactive day, the candidates will have the opportunity to explore different tools and exercises to be able to support their clients in a more holistic way.
