Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (Half Day)
Course Overview Equality, diversity and inclusion are no longer ethical aspirations but are now demanded by customers and employees. The aims of this half-day course are to raise participants' understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion issues when working within a diverse team; to support participants to understand the current legal and professional equality, diversity and inclusion framework; and to develop participants' understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion issues when providing services to a diverse population.

Target Audience
Any professional (managers and frontline staff) who wishes to broaden their understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion. The course will help organisations meet CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs) and CQC Fundamental Standards.

Delegates should familiarise themselves with any organisational policies that may be in place governing issues of equality and diversity.
